Right of Withdrawal — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of completing your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the "Withdrawal form" available in the footer of our website, or contact us directly at info@pickleballguidehouse.com with your name, order number, and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. Your request must be submitted before the 14-day period expires.
Upon receipt of your withdrawal request, we will send you an acknowledgement by email confirming the date and time of your request.
Refund Following Withdrawal
If your withdrawal request is valid and submitted within the 14-day period, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your request. Upon refund, your access to the purchased product and all future updates will be permanently revoked.
Refund Eligibility Outside the Withdrawal Period
After the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, refunds are generally not issued. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, such as duplicate purchases or technical issues preventing access to the files. If you believe your situation warrants a review, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase at info@pickleballguidehouse.com, including your order details and a brief explanation.
